Masterson Advisors LLC announces the opening of an Austin, Texas office led by John Barganski, Managing Director. John has over 20 years’ experience in public finance and specializes in working with special districts such as municipal utility districts, municipal management districts and other water districts. John has over 60 special district clients. He is excited to bring the support of Masterson’s special district team to bear for these clients.
